“Act for Palestine” is a cultural and solidarity campaign that travels to various towns in Catalonia with the aim of raising awareness about the situation in Palestine and raising funds for the cause. In Parets, the day will take place on November 22 and will offer a wide program of activities open to all citizens.
In the morning, the Parc Sot d’en Barriques will host concerts, giant performances, hot chocolate, workshops, poems, exhibitions, virtual reality games, raffles and stands from organizations.
There will also be henna tattoos by Fatna Sabbak. In the afternoon, the Teatre Can Rajoler will offer concerts, dance and poetry recitals, with access through a solidarity donation. The activity promotes peace, international cooperation and community participation through culture. It is aimed at the general public and with a minimum donation of €10 in cash.
