“Migration Birds” workshop

“Migratory Birds” is a workshop that talks about migration starting with Saída and Eloïsa, two girls who have to leave their home to reach a place that is completely unknown to them. It also tells us about the experiences of thousands of children who migrate every year, often alone and hidden, and reviews the big migration movements of our recent history. Through the reading of illustrated albums, an audiovisual presentation and a plastic arts proposal with objects from nature, children will explore and share emotions about migration.

Objective: raise awareness on the impact of migration on migrants’ lives.

Target audience: children aged 6 years old onwards.

Duration: 1 hour.

This event will be hosted in collaboration with Xarxa de Biblioteques Municipals Abrera.
