How can residents get involved in the development of democracy?

As part of activities related to democracy and solidarity, the city, together with the Europe Direct Point, invited residents to an event related to ‘Citizen Engagement’.
On 18 October , a workshop meeting was led by Mateusz Wojcieszak, president of the Pole Dialogu Foundation.

We talked about how we understand civic engagement locally, reviewed existing tools and practices, and designed further actions that the city can take to strengthen this engagement among residents. As part of the exercises, we answered questions such as ‘I am an active citizen, I see a problem, I have an idea, what do I do?’
