Film-Debate: ‘Women of the Land’

Film-Debate ‘Women of the Land’ as part of the Alimenterre Festival, at the Mouillère campus.

‘Women of the Land’ is a documentary made by 6 agronomy students, sharing the life stories of peasant women, farmers, and indigenous women from France, Togo, and Bolivia.

Around the world, ‘Women of the Land’ gathers the experiences of women living in very different cultural and social contexts, who nonetheless share common commitments: this documentary thus explores how collective organization among women amplifies the scope of their struggles, fosters their autonomy, and provides a space for support.
