Poor sanitation conditions and a lack of hygiene have severe consequences for the populations of Ngogom in Senegal. It was essential to provide health facilities and schools with sanitary blocks. Students and patients in community health huts now benefit from dignified, multi-stall toilets (separate for girls and boys).

In Ndem, two boreholes were barely sufficient for nine villages. The new borehole allows 5 additional villages to benefit from a water supply system.
