Exhibition “Survival in the strawberry fields”

The documentary exposes the survival situation experienced by refugee women and girls from Syria who work as day laborers in Lebanon under exploitative conditions. It is a documentary by the author that narrates the conditions in which they find themselves and their power of resilience. After the screening of the documentary, there will be a discussion between the director Eva Parey and the Surt Foundation, which will exhibit her photo report “Survival in the Strawberry Fields”, in which the parallels between the two cases of violence will be established towards day laborers
